The Team

Jim Angehr
Lead Pastor
Collingswood, baby! Although Jim manages to look quite young if you glimpse him from a distance, he nevertheless demonstrates great staying power by his almost two decades in pastoral ministry.
Jim’s hobbies include writing bios about himself, reading books, playing harmonica, listening to music, eating on Haddon Avenue, snooty drinks, Bruce Springsteen, and generally overestimating his own abilities.
Jim met his wife, Emily, while they were both first year students at Dartmouth College, and he doesn’t deny paternity for these four children: Josiah, Micah, Jessie, and Clara.

Kelli Dalrymple
Liberti Kids Director

Rebekah Flovin
Administrative Assistant
Rebekah Flovin is a Texan transplant who ran amok all across the globe, before ending up in Stratford, New Jersey with her husband, Scott, and their cat, Steve. By day, she handles administrative duties for the church, by night she freelance writes and edits. Naturally, she is more than a little fond of putting words in the correct order. She enjoys talking about literature in all its forms, traveling, and stories that are more than a little bit weird.

Patrick MacAdams
Digital Media Director
Patrick is a life-long resident of West Jersey (look it up!) and has been attending Liberti Collingswood since the Spring of 2014. Over the years, Patrick has been a summer day camp director, councilman, law school graduate, and now works in the insurance industry. He has never worked as a dog catcher.
When time allows, Patrick enjoys distance running, science fiction novels, playing guitar, consuming large quantities of coffee, and listening to music while scouring RYM (primarily ambient, post-punk, and synthwave). Patrick is always available to chat about Twin Peaks, Sufjan Stevens or the films of Terrence Malick.
Patrick, his wife Brittany, and their three children (Juniper, Lunetta, and Holden) reside in the city of Woodbury.

Tyler Mills
Music Director
A Connecticut yankee now in Collingswood's court, Tyler studied music education at Grove City College in Western Pennsylvania, where he also serenaded his wife-to-be, Amanda. The Mills now reside in Cherry Hill. Don't call him a Renaissance Man, but Tyler both serves as the director of choirs at Haddonfield Memorial High School and also coaches soccer and track there. Outside of school, Tyler’s avocations resemble his vocations: music like jazz and neo-funk as well as cutthroat fantasy football. Speaking of tragic fantasies, Tyler is a fan of this decade’s worst NFL team, the New York Football Giants. [Insert "sad Eli face" here.]

Eric Mitchell
Executive Pastor
From West Palm Beach, FL, by way of Knoxville, TN, Eric has been on staff at Liberti Collingswood since 2014. (“Executive Pastor” is Latin for “doing all the things that the Lead Pastor is bad at.”)
Eric has Reformed Theological Seminary in his rearview mirror and 18 holes of golf coming up ahead. In addition to the links, he enjoys running, reading, cheering on the Eagles and the University of Tennessee, going to the shore, riding the PATCO, and exploring new places. Bruce Springsteen doesn’t really do anything for him.
Married to Carrie, the Mitchells give unequal amounts of attention to their daughters, Olivia and Madison, and a middle-aged chocolate lab, Tucker.

Jesse Carroll
Elder (Class of 2023)
Jesse was only in diapers when he joined Liberti Collingswood’s launch team way back in 2013. He’s all growed up now! He’s married to Megan and has two little ones, Josie and Michael. At church: serves on the worship team and co-leads Liberti Youth with Megan. Vocationally: works as an administrative assistant for the Collingswood School District and is pursuing his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Jesse loves the Beatles like Jim loves Bruce; they should probably stage a competition to find out once and for all who knows more about their respective heroes.
Jesse co-leads Liberti Youth with his wife, Megan.

Kevin Carroll
Deacon (Class of 2024)
Our most wizened and august Consistory member, Kevin has been married to Barbara for nearly four decades and is now experiencing the pleasures of grandfatherhood. For many years, Kevin’s job in the offshore oil and gas industry frequently brought him to the west coast of Africa, and he’s now at a company that runs the New Jersey Clean energy program. His spiritual journey began in the Catholic church and then took a turn into existential philosophy of the period. Over time, Jesus drew him back from his beret and into belief.
Kevin specializes in giving practical help to congregants and community members.

Derek Dalrymple
Elder (Class of 2024)
Derek Dalrymple loves eating donuts and is always in relentless pursuit of the perfect pastry. He calls Oaklyn home and is kept busy caring for his 102-year-old domicile, thirty-something wife Kelli, and three-month-something baby girl, Jean Louise. An account manager by day, Derek’s true passions lie in traveling, caring for his neighbors, and connecting and ministering in new cultures. He has a special place in his heart for the country and people of Bosnia, with many of his dearest friends residing there.
Derek leads our International Partnerships Team.

Scott Flovin
Elder (Class of 2025)
Scott Flovin is originally from California, born and raised, on the playground is where he spent most of his days. He left California, met his wife, Rebekah, abroad, and then through a series of events ended up in New Jersey to complete his Masters in History; as a result he now has too many opinions about 18th century North Carolinian swamplands. By day, Scott runs a day program for adults with disabilities. By night, he enjoys board games, video games, most nerdy hobbies, and spending time with his wife and son Ezra.

Lauren Giacone
Deacon (Class of 2025)
Lauren lives with her husband Anthony and son Elijah in Cherry Hill, NJ. With a love for numbers, Lauren serves on the Liberti Finance Team. She works for a small financial planning firm in the area and enjoys helping others with their personal finances. Lauren is always up for trying new restaurants and new wines.
Lauren leads our Finance Team.

Clint Jenkin
Apprentice Elder (Class of 2026)
Clint Jenkin has been attending Liberti since 2019, but he carries himself like a lifelong Liberti veteran. By day Clint is a social psychologist masquerading as a market researcher—including stints at Focus on the Family and Barna Group. He lives with his wife Carole, three sons, two cats, and a dog in underrated Westmont. He is absurdly fond of coffee, sailing, random musings and the oxford comma. He is also a member of the Chippewa nation and is frustrated by the punctuation of the previous sentence.

Maia Root
Deacon (Class of 2023)
Maia’s been at Liberti Collingswood since June of 2014 when she moved to the area from Rochester, NY. She has been a member and then leader of the Finance Team from the very beginning. Maia also leads worship so you might have seen her up front (or on worship video) tickling the ivories, often with her husband, Jake, lending tasteful accompaniment. Someone who loves helping people with personal finances, Maia recently started her own bookkeeping company.

Kathy Santivanez
Apprentice Deacon (Class of 2026)
A true South Philly native, Kathy Santivanez and her husband Roger have been members of Liberti since 2015. In addition to deaconing, Kathy is currently serving on the prayer team and the International Partnerships Team. She is also an active participant in the Lydia group (i.e., for women over 50). The verse that continues to motivate her in evangelism and discipleship is Colossians 1:28-29: “Him we preach warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom that we may present every man perfect in Christ." The Phillies help to keep her humble.
