Beginning on Wednesday, March 5th is the liturgical season of Lent. At the start of Lent, we hold an Ash Wednesday service. Ashes commemorate both the dust from which Adam and Eve were created in the Genesis story, the transience of our own lives (“ashes to ashes. . .”), and also the cross of Jesus. Please join us at Holy Trinity that evening at 6:15pm for a 45 minute, kid friendly time of reflection, repentance, and contemplation.

Last year, our Consistory conducted a survey of congregants about how people felt our church was doing on issues related to race and racism. Please join us on Sunday afternoon, 2/22, at 3pm in the Conference Room of Holy Trinity for a debrief of that survey plus a time of prayer focused upon these issues. We're glad to add this topic and discussion/prayer meeting to our Lenten offerings this year!
